We do not offer refunds on prepared items, but if your order does not meet our quality standards, please let a team member know immediately and we will make it right.

4. Catering Services
Catering engagements are governed by a separate written agreement provided at the time of booking. That agreement will specify the scope of services, fees, cancellation policy, and any other specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a catering agreement, the catering agreement will prevail.
Cancellations: General cancellation terms are outlined in your catering proposal. Please review that document carefully before confirming your booking. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekend and seasonal dates.
Deposits: A deposit is required to confirm a catering booking. Deposit amounts and refund conditions are specified in the catering proposal.
5. User Content
When you submit a review, comment, or any other content through our Site ("User Content"), you grant Velvet Grounds Coffee Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, edit, and distribute that content for business purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
By submitting User Content, you represent that:
